Use: I use your data to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, and improve my services in the field of paranormal diagnostics.

Sharing: I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

Storage: Your data is stored securely and deleted when no longer needed.

User Rights: You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting me.

All payments are final and non-refundable once the session begins. 

When does the session begin? The session officially starts the moment I leave my location to travel to you for on-site paranormal diagnostics or the moment we connect for a scheduled remote session via Zoom or phone — whichever comes first. 

Pre-payment rules: 

On-site paranormal diagnostics and restoration services require full or partial payment in advance. Once payment is received and I begin travel to your location, the session is considered started, and the payment is non-refundable. Remote sessions become non-refundable the moment the scheduled call connects or I begin reviewing any materials you have sent. 

Cancellations: If you cancel before I leave my location for an on-site visit or before the remote call connects, any payment minus actual expenses already incurred (travel fuel, time, etc.) may be refunded at my sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. No automatic refunds. 

Extenuating circumstances (serious illness, death in the family, etc.) are always reviewed individually — just email blackdoginvestigationstx@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

This policy keeps scheduling fair and protects the time and travel I commit when I accept your paranormal case.

THE STATE OF TEXAS HAS NOT ADOPTED ANY EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING STANDARDS FOR UNLICENSED COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS. THIS DISCLOSURE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. 

Under Texas law, an unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioner may not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend that a person discontinue a medically prescribed treatment. Clients may explore various options, including paranormal diagnostics, but they should seek a diagnosis from a licensed physician, chiropractor, or acupuncture practitioner at any time. Additionally, services can be obtained from a physician, chiropractor, dentist, nurse, osteopath, physical therapist, occupational therapist, massage therapist, dietitian, midwife, acupuncture practitioner, athletic trainer, or any other type of licensed health care practitioner.
